Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.

No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service and the full service fee.

Accutane Users:

Unfortunately, I cannot provide treatments until 6 months has passed from the last date of an Accutane cycle. This is for your own safety - skin is extremely fragile after Accutane use.

Cold Sores:

I cannot treat any client with an active or open cold sore; please reschedule your appointment.
